First off, you need another acc, or a good friend.
Now, you prolly all know that you get most of the bonus honor in AV within 15 min or so, so when you've gotten about all bonus honor, have another dude queue you for arena. At my server, it usually pops up after 1-min. Enter arena, and just leave it, queue for another AV...now this only works with fast AV queues, cus they usually pop up immediately on my server.
Sum up: Go AV, then arena, leave and join AV again, rinse and repeat.
