As most of you are aware, Blizzard have enabled flying mounts to be used in Wintergrasp when the battle is not active. I have recently been using this to my advantage by mining all the ores there! Here are some requirements needed:

1. 450 Mining
2. Patience & Time
3. Flying Mount (preferably Epic Flying)

The Wintergrasp territory consists of three different types of rocks or nodes:

1. Saronite Deposit
2. Rich Saronite Deposit
3. Titanium Vein

They are listed in order of least rare to rare.

Saronite Ore is worth about 15g a stack on my server. Titanium Ore, due to the mass need of the new epic gems is worth around 230g a stack on my realm.

Knowing this, this is how I manage to pull in a crap load of gold every hour.

First, I would start at the WG alliance base (when not having control of WG) and fly (Epic Mount) over this nice little route I have made from my experience mining.

Just follow the route above and you should get around 1 Stack of Saronite and maybe 3-10 individual ores of Titanium. I personally just keep going around that path for an hour, or until WG starts, when it starts I get the hell out of there and put my goods on the AH. I usually come away with this:

Around 5 - 10 stacks of saronite (75g-150g)
Around 1 - 2 stacks of Titanium
So it comes to around 400g an hour from selling all these ores.

Note: THIS MAY VARY WITH WHAT TYPE OF MOUNT YOU USE

I don't think this is AH dependent due to all the prices going up on Titanium, either way you're still making a huge profit.

For those who would like to get an upper hand in the market when the upcoming patch 3.2 goes live, there are two major changes that will affect the game economy. The first is the introduction of epic gems; the second is that Emblems of Conquest are now obtainable in all pre-Crusader dungeons and raids. We will discuss mainly about epic gems for now.

Epic gems can be obtained in a few different ways:

Alchemy Transmutes
Icy Prism - You can save them by mailing them to your banker and leave it in the mailbox
Prospecting Titanium Ore
Buying with Honor or Emblems of Heroism

Buying them with Honor and Emblems will probably be very unpopular, as everything will be dropping Emblems of Conquest and players will be eager to grab new gear before they will grab new gems. The other three on the other hand will have a profound effect on the market.

Transmuting an epic gem usually requires a blue gem of the same color as the desired epic gem and a specific Eternal. The following is a list of transmutes as they are currently on the PTR:

Transmute: Ametrine: Monarch Topaz and Eternal Shadow
Transmute: Cardinal Ruby: Scarlet Ruby and Eternal Fire
Transmute: Dreadstone: Twilight Opal and Eternal Shadow
Transmute: Eye of Zul: 3 x Forest Emerald
Transmute: King’s Amber: Autumn’s Glow and Eternal Life
Transmute: Majestic Zircon: Sky Sapphire and Eternal Air

The first thing to note is that players will be getting epic gems from a few sources. Players will largely be consuming the same amount of gems overall, as they will have about the same number of sockets. Some of the new recipes require epic gems, but it won’t have a huge impact on the market. Since only some portion of the epic gems being consumed use current rare gems as a material means that consumption of rare gems is going to go way down. There will still be a market as the poor man’s gem and as reagents for transmutes, but the prices of uncut and cut rare gems should drop significantly. Get rid of any stock that you have. The exception may be Forest Emerald, which requires 3 gems for the transmute. Only time will tell relatively how valuable they will be, but blue gems are used a lot by tanks, so I’m predicting a good market for the epic blue gems and hence Forest Emerald. Also, expect Eternal consumption to go way up with lots of new recipes and the transmutes.

Titanium on the other hand is going to be the game changer. People are stockpiling Titanium now, which may or may not be a good idea. It might be way overvalued right now; it’s risky to do. However, with rare gems losing demand and rare gems being the result of Titanium prospects as often of epic gems, rare gems should lose a significant amount of value from this alone. The flipside to this is that the value of Saronite and Cobalt should crash, as they will no longer be valuable to prospect. This is going to be a huge window of opportunity for Blacksmiths, who can potentially make lots of BoE stuff and disenchant it. Expect Enchanting supplies to increase in supply in the long run and prices to drop.

Finally, note the materials for the new crafted items, including a new orb from the Argent Coliseum: Crusader’s Orb. This list was complied by the writers at WarcraftEcon:

• Titansteel Bar
• Saronite Bar
• Arctic Fur
• Heavy Borean Leather
• Icy Dragonscale
• Nerubian Chitin
• Moonshroud
• Spellweave
• Ebonweave
• Crusader Orb
• Various epic gems, Eternals, Enchanting materials
• Deadly Saronite Dirk
• Corroded Saronite Woundbringer

These will probably enjoy a small price boost in the first month or so of patch 3.2.

Remember, the first two weeks will be crazy, as everyone will want epic gems and consumption will be through the roof. Expect it to level off within about 6 weeks. Happy hunting!

Firstly in order to do this, you need to be Horde (sorry to my treasured alliance readers). Then preferably you have a Healer and a couple of AOE'ers along if you are not level 80.

There's a quest in storm peaks called Sniffing out the Perpetrators.

Start this quest, then mount the tiger next to Khaliisi, but immediately dismount. Do this rapidly for about 10-20 times or more if you can handle them. This will spawn a massive stream of these Stormforged Pursuers.

After spawning, they will start chasing the stream of cats that you are spawning, then turn around and go for the person who spawned them (which is you).

wotlk aoe farming

Basically, they're super easy to kill, deal almost no damage, drop 20 silver each, Frostweave Cloth, occasional greens and even epics and also some experience as well. So if you are a level 80 and planning to farm here, bring along a non-level 80 friend for some free exp. Then all you have to do is to just pick them all up and aoe them down, you'll probably need a healer and an AOE'er for this, but depending on your spec you may be able to solo grind them.

The gold per hour you can make using this is totally insane, I hope it's useful to someone.

I'm definitely not one who support the idea of purchasing gold from corporations who does nothing but churning out gold everyday and selling it through their site but a new portal have captured my attention recently which facilitates trading of gold among specific realm players called Sparter.com with their tagline Gamer 2 Gamer.

Sellers here are graded by their delivery commitment thus making it easier for buyers to judge for themselves which seller to purchase from besides pricing of course. Sparter not only cover WOW US and EU but also other notable games such as Eve Online, Everquest and LOTR Online just to name a few. At the end of the day, for those in need of gold, you can definitely find a good bargain here which is cheaper than the average gold selling websites out there in the market.

So for those of you who happens to have some extra gold lying around, why not offload some of it for some good old cash which you can use to pay for your monthly gaming subscription.

First of all, you must be a herbalist, or your friend has to be a herbalist.

Go to Skettis (Southeast in Terrokar Forrest). Around the lake, Talonsworn Forest-Ragers patrol. There are 2 up at a time, and respawn roughly 2-4 minutes after you kill one. They do not drop anything special, but this is where the herbalism comes into play. After you kill them, you can Herb them, which yields the following:

2 sets of 2-4 herbs which can be any of these - Felweed, Dreaming Glory, Mana Thistle, Terocone, Ancient Lichen, and Black Lotus... Yes... Black Lotus.

IT GET'S BETTER! Every time you herb them you also get 2-5 Motes of Life!!! On my server, Motes of life sell for 12-15 gold each. And most of the herbs sell for 20-30g a stack, as well as Black lotus selling for 10-15g each.

These Trees CAN be soloed because they can be stunned / feared, but is very hard if your not ranged. I am a Rogue in full kara / gruul epics and I have a hard time, so i bring along a friend to help. I give him 25% of what i make.

The beauty of this is that you can kill them in 2-3 minutes tops, and they have an extremely fast respawn time for a great farming session!

"Motes of Shadow now primarily drop from void creatures and have been removed from nearly all demons."

Stated above is a Recent PTR patch note. With this said, coming after the patch which is real soon, motes of shadow are going to be extremely harder to come by compared to how common they are now.

This being said, either buy these while there cheap before word gets out and patch is released, or farm these babies as much as you can before the patch releases. These primal shadows will be used a lot more after the patch, there will be bosses which require shadow resist gear, and resist potions which use these.

So buy/farm and save em up, it will make you very wealthy in the future! Or even just save em up got urself...I have over 100 primal shadows i been saving in the bank, and about to get some more asap! Now would be a good time to finish up your Aldor rep!

Enjoy!

Right smack in the middle of Hellfire Penninsula, there is a Elite mob named 'Hand of Kargath' he is a 63 elite, and has 2 other mobs next to him 'Shattered Hand Berserker' - these mobs respawn INSTANTLY upon death!

This is useful for continual grinding for cash. I was on 38g / hr just sitting here killing them over and over and over. However you would need a team-mate, if u were to team up with a friend and constantly kill them you can get some nice easy profits. Other then the 38g I got from CASH and VENDOR I also got 6 stacks of Netherweave cloth and 6 stacks of Runecloth. Very easy grind just by standing in the same spot and killing over and over and over.

Please Note:
I also teamed up with Prot tank guildy before and he just tanked the 63 elite away from us and we kept on killing the berserker over and over, stopping only to loot (10 bodies at a time) but the killing is constant and the gold is constant.

Here is a little guide to help you farm the formula for +40 Spell Damage to a weapon. It drops from the Razaani Spell-Thieves in Blade's Edge Mountain, and it's quite a pain with all those Flesh Beasts changing from hostile to docile. Below is a map of all the spawn points of the Spell-Thieves.

Point A
Is a simple pull. If you have a flying mount, farming is simple. Fly north of A to the edge of the spire and pull the Spell-Thief without getting any adds.

Point B
Is also simple if you wait for the mob to patrol near point A. It is also handled like mob A.

Point C
Is a pain, because no matter where you go, you will always pull the Raider/Nexus Stalker, and sometimes a Flesh Beast or another pat.

Point D
Is a simple pull. Fly into the center of the rock formation to the right of it and pull it.

Point E
Is a little tricky. If you wait for the flesh beast to return to it's docile state and make sure the pat is walking away from the Spell-Thief, then you can instant pull it and back up about 30 feet southwest of E's spawn point.

Points F
Are random Spell-Thief patrols that walk along the outside of Razaan's Landing. I only noticed one spawn every 15 to 30 minuites, so when you take care of points A through E, fly around the outside to see if any have spawned.

Each technique gives you plenty of time to loot the corpse and mount up before aggroing anything else. After one or two hours, you will have yourself the formula for Major Spellpower to a weapon.

Please Note:
The next patch is taking the formula away from the Razanni and giving it to the Bash'ir, but for those that don't want to wait, this guide is specially for you.

The Bloodmaul ogres of the Blade's Edge mountains might seem like your everyday, average quest mobs, content to sit or stand around drinking their home-brewed beer until adventurers out of Toshley's Station or Thunderlord Stronghold wander in to get a move on their assorted chain, but these ogres have a terrible secret.

No, the secret isn't that they have the severed talking head of a murdered troll witch-doctor half-buried outside their outpost. That's public knowledge. The secret which these red-skinned ogres possess is this:

Formula: Enchant Bracer - Spellpower
Binds when picked up
Requires Enchanting (360)
Use: Teaches you how to permanently enchant a bracer to increase damage done by spells by up to 15.

As you would expect, this is a powerful and widely coveted magic spell, but the ogres, for the most part, keep it secret and they keep it safe. Any adventurer can turn to the trusted sages of Thottbot and find that between .5% and 1% of the Bloodmaul Geomancers fail to keep the formula secret or safe, but those facts are misleading!

You see, the Bloodmaul Geomancers, who are two-headed and staff-wielding, appear to share their points of origin, or "spawn points," as it were, with their one-headed and club-wielding cousins, the Bloodmaul Skirmishers. In fact, the Skirmishers are substantially more common; I'd put them at twice the spawn rate of the Geomancers.

Therefore, when you kill a Bloodmaul Skirmisher or Geomancer, there's about a 67% chance that a Skirmisher will respawn, and only about a 33% chance that the desired Geomancer will show up.

Thus, while it might seem attractive to fly over the canyon and strategically pick off the Geomancers, doing so will most likely simply cause the area to fill up with Skirmishers well before the formula drops.

The responsible thing to do is to simply grind all of the skirmisher and geomancer ogres in your path. You can avoid the brewmasters, the worgs, and the named ogre in the tower; they all have set spawn points and will not interfere with your grind if you miss them. The guards in front of the outpost are also static-spawn skirmishers, and you can skip them.

Please note:
While these are quest mobs and adventurers not interested in the formula do go there, keep in mind that if there's another player in the area for a long period of time, he or she is probably trying for the same thing that you are; while it is most likely tempting for you to revert to just ambushing the Geomancers, please note that you will be depriving them of chances to score the enchant, and they will stop grinding when they realize that you're populating the area with nigh-useless skirmishers. Please be courteous of your fellow gamers; not everything in the game is put there solely for your benefit!

It took me 9 hours yesterday to farm up this enchantment, but I had to deal with other players taking advantage of my responsible farming, so it should not take that long for others in the future if everyone follows these instructions. The ogres have quite a bit of Netherweave and green item drops as well. I even picked up the Bracers of Havoc blue tailoring pattern while I was there!

Happy Hunting Fellas!

I found a new farming place. They drop motes of water with a pretty high drop rate.

You can find these at blackwind lake in Terkkor Forest south east, has a pound full of them BUT be careful of 70 elites that are up there.

It is barely farmed and here is the location map. By the way, next patch they don't drop motes of mana anymore.. so get it while you still can!

Firstly to catch your attention, I've made 600g in a week off of using this method in Scarlet Monastery. Now you may not make that much but I will tell you that this does make a lot of money especially when you get lucky with one of the chests.

NOTE: This guide is meant for speed not for exp its used to get the best loot possible in Shortest time.

Graveyard
Once you enter the Graveyard go in either
1. Stealth past the door mobs.
2. Kill them all.

Once you get in to the front of you should be a chest either locked or unlocked do not get that yet. First look left and you will see 2 mobs, 1 is a normal instance scarlet the other is Interragator Vishas which is your first target. I sap the add and kill Vishas and wait for my energy and kill the other if not just kill both with AoE Solo w/e as long as it gets done. Once you have killed him loot Vishas and DE the blue dagger if he drops it. If he drops Brass Knuckles thats 30s at vendor.

Once you're done with that go and get the chest but be warned there are 4 mobs guarding it and unless you're level 70, you can't grab the chest without aggroing them. So just kill them all. For me I'll sap one and pull the others against the wall and Adrenaline rush + Blade fury them and then I'll finish off the loner. Loot the chest, it usually contain a green item and sometimes a Large Knapsack (12 slot bag) which sells for a decent amount of gold like 3g on my server and some other trash, move on to the next area which would be the graveyard zone. Chest #2 will be to the rectangle fields to the right or to the left near the statues. Loot it and skim the area for rare spawns. The one I know of is to the left, he circles the tomb and hits pretty decently. He has a good chance to drop a BoE blue which sells for about 15g on my server. Kill the Rare spawns that you find and move into the bosses tomb. Move your way down to the bottom and kill the boss and if he drops a green or blue, just DE it for a shard.

Library
This is the one I usually do and if you're not a rogue this is probably the longest one due to the large number of mobs. Go in and clear the mobs if your not a rogue. Then head into the courtyard and kill Loksey if u want the whistle. Move out of the courtyard and go in to the first room and in one of the next rooms there will be several mini rooms to the left. Once u get there, go to the furthest one and there should be a chest guarded by 3 mobs. I use my blade fury/AR move to clear them loot chest (These ones have 2 greens and a chance for a good blue). Then move into next rooms.

WARNING: while you are clearing the chest room be warned there is always a mob that walks in and out of there constantly so look before you kill them. Make sure to snare those mobs because they aggro in a matter of seconds of running in fear.

Keep moving until you get to the rooms with 2 mobs at every corner (not the big rooms with bookcases) you should see another chest in those rooms guarded by 2 mobs kill em and loot the chest). Once you're done doing that, move to the boss and start DPSing him once he bubbles immediately move as far as possible from him, he will cast a blast wave that hits for 500+. Once he's done you can pretty much finish him. Loot him and he always drops 1 piece of his armor (Mantle of Doan, or Robe of Doan) and most of the time a blue either Hypnotic blade or Illusionary rod which are 4g shards when you DE them.

Armory
This can be very hard for people under 60... accept for rogues and feral druids. You have to make a path that gets you to Herod without aggroing which usually mean right in between 2 groups . Once you get in to Herod, let your cooldowns cool off. He is a level 40 elite but hits like a 50ish elite. Immediately hit him with your strongest move that you can cast during a fight (e.g. Pyroblast, Ambush, Aimed shot, etc.) then he should run up to get you. Immediately jump down to where he was to get your mana some replenishing time. When he gets back down, start DPSing him.

Note : He is immune to stun and bleed so don't waste mana on that.

Once he starts spinning back off and bandage, heal w/e and wait for him to finish. Once you get him below 50% he will enrage and do lots of damage so dps him fast and once he starts spinning bandage again and be ready, I suggest shielding yourself with w/e u have. Once he's done he will charge at you and hit for around 300 and follow with a hard hitting cleave not even a second after charging you for another 300+ dmg. He will repeat this until you kill him, this is when I use cooldowns like Evasion, AB trinket etc. to finish him and DE his drop (another 5g shard). I made 300g of him because I got my lucky as he dropped Bow of Searing Arrows (Epic bow that sold for 250g). Once your done a lot of mobs will enter the room they all die in 1 hit so Aoe them. If your a rogue I would suggest vanishing and leaving unless your an engineer and you just bomb them to kingdom come.

Cathedral
I personally wouldn't suggest doing this unless you can AoE over 40 mobs at the same time. If you can just make your way to cathedral and hit the boss with a hard hitting move like you did with Herod to take most of him out then all the mobs will come for you once they get to you frost nova or stun or daze or w/e them and Unleash Aoe Havoc. Once they are dead, loot and kill the UD guy in the other room and get your Phat loot.

First you just need to stealth to "the ramp".

Watch out for the mob that runs around there, and then jump up on the ledge.

After that just jump down to the chest.

The mob can aggro you, but you will soon loose aggro because he can´t get to you. Just spam right-click on the chest till you leave combat.

THIS HAS BEEN FIXED!

Ever in need of some quick gold to buy out something at good value from the AH or for whatever other purpose without spending too much time farming for hours? Well just turn your saved up honor into gold.

At the moment, you can buy 200x "Ice Threaded Bullet" from the Alterac Valley quartermaster for 1 honor point. Considering arrows cost 70s also, I don't know what's up here, whether it's something to be patched or not.

Basically, you can sell these arrows for 14s to a merchant.
1 honor point = 14s
10 honor points = 1.4g
100 honor points = 14g
1000 honor points = 140g
10,000 honor points = 1400g

Adamantite Ore go for an average of 20-30g a stack on my server.

If your a Miner with main or on an alt even better cause more profits for you! But I'm lazy to run around Outlands for veins and I have the gold to buy ore with.

4 chances for a rare gem in each stack. If you even just get 1 rare in chances that stack is already paid for. Rare gems go from 30-50g each on my server Nightseye being the most usually. I've paid 23g for a stack of ores and got 3 rares worth a total of 140g in that one stack. 110g Profit right there. But gotta think there are times all you do get is the dust and nothing else.

Only problem with this guide is the supplies of Adamantite Ore on AH.

But, I spend many 1 hour of my time buying and prospecting Adamantite Ore a day. Usually I save all my gems till I get 10+ of each and send in trade chat Selling in bulk!! Usually you can get a little more then AH prices if you have bulk of the gems.

Prospecting can be trained at Jewelrycraft skill level 20. 5 ores of each WHITE LETTER ore (meaning no silver, gold, etc), can be trained as follows:

Adamantite Ore - 325 Skill
Fel Iron Ore - 275 Skill
Thorium Ore - 250 Skill
Mithril Ore - 175 Skill
Iron Ore - 125 Skill
Tin Ore - 50 Skill
Copper Ore - 1 Skill

Another thing is... each stack will give you 1 Adamantite Dust (4.5g) to the vendor. And usually 1-2 uncommon gems 20g a stack to vendor also.

If you have time and gold to check ah and prospect you can easily make 1000g+ a day doing this and selling the rares.

IMO Don't cut and sell the gems cause you will have to pay deposit fees and you compete with others on the AH. If you put up say a Runed Living Ruby for 55g. Next min someone puts it up for 50g your screwed till that one sells. Waste of time and Deposit fee.

When BC first came out I use to sell cut uncommons for 5-10g each and made 3000g in 2 weeks. Now the cutting business is sorta unstable. Selling of uncut rare gems will always be needed.

I personally did this as a level 70 hunter with tier2/3 gear. Survival spec was nice, but BM is nicer cause you regen health after time, and it helps if you want a quick farm, at least for me it helped.

Blade's Edge Mountain, sub-zone: "Skald" at 72:23

- "Searing Elemental" => Primary farm subject in this guide.
Level: 67-68
Status: Hostile
Health: 6300-6600
= Mote of Fire (1-2)

- "Scorch Imp" => As a side farm if you need runecloth for bandages, etc.

Level: 67-68

Status: Hostile

Health: 5000-5100

Mana: 2933-2991

Worth: ~11s 99c

= Netherweave Cloth (1-3) = Mote of Shadow (1-2)

So anyway, WHY is this place so special? For me it was the Primal Fire.

For my realm, I sold each Primal Fire for around 20-30 gold. Some days it was worth 30 gold (and over), and other days it sunk down to 20 gold. Average was 25 gold per Primal Fire. In 1 hour, I gathered 5x Primal Fire (more or less) and that is equaled to minimum 120g if the price on your realm is right.

Sell the Primal Fire for minimum 20 gold and you will make around 100 gold hourly if you gather 5 primals in 1 hour of course. Farming is not easy, it needs time, and it needs buyers. - On the side to the Primals, you also get a lot of gray and some green stuff to vendor for extra cash, so have fun farming!

Primal Fire x10 = 250g (25g per primal) If you get 10 primal fire each day, you will end up with 5000 gold in around 20 days. It's not bad at all, if you don't got any more quests left to do for gold. But when you are at the stage when you don't got quests left, you usually have around 3000 gold, so you won't use 20 days, maybe a week if you farm efficiently and each day.

In Shadowmoon Valley there is a place called Legion Hold (Southwest of Shadowmoon Village). Up near the top at about 23:39 coords, there are several Shadow Council Warlocks. These guys are really easy to kill and spawn pretty fast. Theres 3 spawn points of 4 guys there, so you can easily farm for as long as you want without having to wait a minute for respawns. Most of them are 67 and drop decent loots.

I was farming there for about 2 hrs and got 68 Mark of Sargeras, 6 fel armaments, 7 greens, and 2 Alchemy Recipes I needed. Sold the marks and armaments for about 200g total and disenchanted the greens to stock up on my enchanting mats.

This surely is another great location to farm if you are within the area, so do give it a try!

Well first I was kicking myself for sticking with skinning until I came across the Coilskar Cobra in Shadomoon Valley, now you may already know this but they are the ones that drop "Cobra Scales" needed to make various uber armor.

Now for the interesting part; most people began farming these and give up as the drop rate is not so good but most players only know of the 4 cobras that roam about outside the cave. Inside the cave there are 14 more cobras. I farmed this place for 1hr and managed to get 6 Cobra scales which I sold 4 of them for 60g each and I kept 2 to make my Cobrahide Leg Armor. Altogether with the other drops, I made about 270g for one hour of work there.

Here is the location map:

This is a follow-up post to the earlier Make Money to Obtain Epic Flying Mount I posted last week.

Note: Motes of Shadow will not be included in this list as its usually cheaper to buy in AH than take the time to farm, this list is incomplete and will be updated with more information such as coords and ratings. This is just a list of mobs that have best drop rates on the particular motes.

Hope this at least gets you guys pointed in right direction.

Mote of Life
[Zangarmarsh][60-61][Withered Giants]
[Zangarmarsh][62-64][Starving Fungal Giants]

Mote of Water
[Terokkar][62-64][Shimmering Eels]

So you're finally achieved level 70 and are itching to get your hands on an epic flying mount to state your claim as one of the elite players in server. Its easier said than done as you would need 5,000g to get it. So here are several tips on how you can make money in the Outlands preferably at level 70:

1] Ogres in Nagrand, are the way to go. They drop a good amount of silver (between 10-40) each time, and heaps of Netherweave, which sells handsomely in the AH.

2] Farm in South Netherstorm the Mana Seeker`s and Mage Slayer`s as they Drop a lot Mote of Mana which sells well.

3] Air Elementals up to the north east of the throne of elements in Nagrand for Primal Airs.

Personally I would encourage farming on the Ogres in Nagrand as you will be accomplishing three things at once: Making money, receiving Kurenai reputation, and if you collect the necklaces, you can turn that into the Consortium if you're friendly with them for even more reputation.

The other awesome spot is in Terokkar Forest (cords - 39, 9), there is a lake to the northwest of the area filled with eels, these eels drop motes of water/ mana like crazy! Well on my server Primal Waters are going for around 20-25g each, I've been farming these guys for motes for the past 3 days and already have enough money for my epic flying mount! The true beauty of this place.. these mobs have extremely low hp and armor and they were dead each time before even attacking me once since the Eels are only lvl 62-63.

With the recent release of the newly patched Auctioneer, I thought of posting a guide as to how to make money off it. I am not going to dwell too much into it as this is not something new but will highlight some important points to take note of.

So first and foremost download and install Auctioneer Addon if you haven't already done so and a good supporting addon to use with this is CT_MailMod. At this juncture you would have to download the entire CTMod collection but you may only add CT_MailMod into your Addon folder if you prefer to use other collections instead.

The whole idea is to scan the AH and look for bargains which in turn you can make some nice profit on. Here are some guidelines on how to do this well:

1] Run scans often to keep your Auctioneer pricing data updated.
2] Bid on Tuesdays before server maintenance on items with short or medium durations.
3] Scan late on Sunday night or early Monday morning to obtain weekend seller items.
4] Sell during the weekends as this is usually a peak period for buying and selling.
5] Watch out for desperate sellers on Trade channel and make them an offer.
6] Be wary of higher level rare and epic items (+40) as placing them on AH requires high deposit. So make sure the item is in demand. This also applies to buying higher level items.
7] Always set buyout price for your items.
8] Break down stackable in demand trade items and selling them in smaller units can sometimes be better than selling the entire stack of 20.
