This is a very useful and new exploit whereby you can pull mobs or bosses from 10 yards to a massive 150 yards away. What is need is the quest item [Enohar's Explosive Arrow] provided for the newly created quest (sadly Alliance only) Curtail the Darktail from Enohar Thunderbrew in Blasted Lands can be used on any target, off the GCD.

- Has a .5 second cast time, so it cannot be used during other casts, but it can be used while moving. Has a minimum range of 15 yards, and maximum of 150.
- Provides no threat, or damage. Does not tag mobs.
- Places you and the target in combat.
- Does not require line of sight.
- Will flag you for pvp if using against a pvp target.

Some useful uses I have found after some testing:
- Pull anything from farther than the range of your skills. Does not tag the mob, however - you must still use a typical attack that will tag the mob for loot/credit. As it does not require line of site, I have pulled mobs and bosses from around corners in various dungeons.
- Keep players in combat, so they cannot stealth or use mounts.
- Kite mobs without damaging them.

A cool video showing and explaining how to fly over any parts of Azeroth as of patch 4.01

Take note that it's a lot of trial and error especially in knowing where to go and not to go. It seems you will get dismounted from various spot within Orgrimmar for example.

Enjoy!

Well folks, in Grizzly Hills there is a quest where you have to escort Harrison Jones to safety. Before he runs to the exit, he enters a ceremonial chamber, frees some chicks and then a giant elite snake appears. Now, this snake spawns many trolls with about 1.5k hp all the time depending on your level of course.

The Exploit:

These trolls die in 2-3 hits since they got so low hp, but they give the same xp as any normal mob with the usual 10-12k. This allows you to grind xp quite fast. Of course you shouldn't dps the snake cause if he dies, you gotta reset the quest.

Just let Harrison jones fight the snake while you do the adds. After a while, Harrison will die, but you can just retake quest and do it all over (doesn't take all too long to get to the snake part again). If you have some kind of heal or dispell you can help Harrison a bit by healing/dispelling him to make the fight last longer which in return means more exp for you.

The actual quest: Dun-da-Dun-tah!
The NPC: Harrison Jones
The mobs you should kill all the time: Ancient Drakkari King

This is a fishing exploit to obtain the elusive Giant Sewer Rat and Dalaran Fountain Coins achievement from fishing at one particular spot at the Dalaran fountain. This method will no doubt save you bundle of time hunting for these achievements. In regards to the coin achievements, it comes in a variety of 3 which are:

- A Penny For Your Thoughts (copper coins)
- Silver in the City (silver coins)
- There's Gold In That There Fountain (gold coins)

To begin with, all you have to do is stand at this particular spot (red circle) as shown in the screenshot below:

Your cast will drop in the above 3 shown locations and you will alternate between fishing in the fountain and fishing in the sewer. Getting the coin achievement may come somewhat easy but be prepared to fish for countless hours to get that Giant Sewer Rat.

Enjoy!

While I was at Zul'Drak leveling an alt of mine, I got that quest called "The Storm King's Vengeance" whereby you need ride Gymer (the king of storm giants) and kill 100 scourges and 3 elites for completion.

All the undeads you kill on the way with Gymer gives no EXP but there is a specific area in Zul'Drak with something very interesting indeed.

If you haven't done the quest-chain which leads to "Altar of Quetz'Lun", you will notice that if you go there with your giant, you will see all the mobs from the "dead" area (a fading layer).

There you can pretty much kill them with just 2-3 hits and earn EXP by killing using Gymer the giant. Only thing is you just can't loot the mobs but basically you get no downtime at all and 2-3 shotting mobs. The best way i found out was to zoom in and just run around tabbing and hitting since his size is so big you cant see them. So either zoom in or get a zoom out mod.

Yes, this is a exploit. Maybe not a great exploit, but definitely worth 1 level per 30mins rested for me. That area mentioned isn't intended to be visible unless you are doing a quest-chain to get access. While you ride Gymer, everything despawns to another "fading layer", but that area is on the same layer!

Just run around killing everything you see (2300xp each kill if rested) as quick as you can. Enjoy your easy free kills!

In naxx, in the Death Knight Wing there's mobs called Death Knight Cavaliers and they have a spell called Bone Armor.

Effect: Apply Aura: School Absorb (Arcane, Fire, Frost, Holy, Nature, Physical, Shadow)
Value: 1200000

So, that is a massive 1.2 million damage absorbed. They also cast it quite often too ( every 10 sec or so) and best of all it is spellstealable. Now you must be wondering what the exploit is in spellstealing a spell from a mob... Well, here it is:

Arcane Talent: Incanter's Absorption Rank 3

When you absorb damage your spell damage is increased by 15% of the amount absorbed for 10 sec.

How it works is very simple, every time you get hit it adds a buff on you for 10 sec, with 15% of the damage that the attack was absorbed. You can have as many as those buffs as you want, but bear in mind that each buff will fade after 10 sec.

So, lets make a quick calculation here... You get the buff... get a couple hunters to MD to you and you pull Razuvious. He hits you for 80k (as a mage) 4 times, that is +12,000 spell damage to you each hit.

Since that buff absorbs damage, you do not have to worry about pulling aggro at all, we've had our mage tanking all the death knight wing, 3 shotting mobs, running around with 50k to 100k spell power tonight. The important thing is to keep all the 3 cavaliers on you, so you always have a bone shield to spellsteal.

Do note that this works in 10 man version too, but sadly the 10 man version of the bone shield only absorbs 50k and not 1200k.

Here is the video that inspired this exploit:

Raven Lord Mount
This is a guide on how to get the Raven Lord mount SOLO and EASILY. Just to set the record straight... this is both an Exploit and a Guide.

First of all, you MUST be 80.. a Druid, and have Swift Flight Form (To Summon Anzu) but do note that this method is slow and requires lots of patience.

Getting to Anzu's Room:
To get here, you must Stealth all the way through. Note, the first boss has Stealth Detect, so go around the room as far from him as possible.

First of all, stealth into the room, clear a few packs in Anzu's room - you need to clear enough so you don't pull any while fighting Anzu, and you need to clear the trash in one corner. Clear the Pack on the LEFT HAND SIDE of Anzu's Room. LoS them behind the Crypt and NUKE them down, use all CC possible.

When you're ready, summon Anzu, stand next to the Crypt on the South West side of the room, just in range of the Eagle Spirit, but out of range of Anzu - he is the bird on the East.

STRAIGHT AWAY, you MUST keep HoTs on the Eagle Spirit, if you don't, the Eagle Spirit will turn to stone and Anzu will start Regaining Stealth.

Heres a macro:
/target Eagle Spirit
/cast Lifebloom
/cast Rejuvenation
/cast Lifebloom
/Cast Lifebloom

Spam that Macro. The Eagle Spirit MUST NEVER AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES NOT HAVE HOTS.

Keeping these Hots up on the Eagle Spirit and being Out of Range from Anzu keeps you out of Combat - yes, that's why, he was on 105K HP earlier and I went out of Combat, that is why he doesn't summon any adds.

YOU MUST NOT AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE ANY SPELL ON ANZU, JUST DON'T EVEN TARGET HIM (Unless to check HP)

So you must be thinking 'If we're out of combat, and we haven't actually tagged him, how does he die?'. Simple, the Eagle Spirit does 300~ damage a second. Oh yes ladies and gents, 300! And Anzu has 236K HP... so it takes a while.

'Okay, fair enough, the Eagle Spirit kills him.. but surely then we must not get loot right?'

You may think that, but this is how you counter that pickle:
When Anzu has 2% or under. YOU. MUST. KILL. HIM. WITH 1 SPELL.

Starfire, Wrath, Moonfire, ANYTHING to kill him with ONE SPELL. If you do not kill him with one spell, poof - immune, adds inc, etc. Hope you guys enjoy this and good luck!

Firstly in order to do this, you need to be Horde (sorry to my treasured alliance readers). Then preferably you have a Healer and a couple of AOE'ers along if you are not level 80.

There's a quest in storm peaks called Sniffing out the Perpetrators.

Start this quest, then mount the tiger next to Khaliisi, but immediately dismount. Do this rapidly for about 10-20 times or more if you can handle them. This will spawn a massive stream of these Stormforged Pursuers.

After spawning, they will start chasing the stream of cats that you are spawning, then turn around and go for the person who spawned them (which is you).

wotlk aoe farming

Basically, they're super easy to kill, deal almost no damage, drop 20 silver each, Frostweave Cloth, occasional greens and even epics and also some experience as well. So if you are a level 80 and planning to farm here, bring along a non-level 80 friend for some free exp. Then all you have to do is to just pick them all up and aoe them down, you'll probably need a healer and an AOE'er for this, but depending on your spec you may be able to solo grind them.

The gold per hour you can make using this is totally insane, I hope it's useful to someone.

Easy Argent Crusade RepIn Zul'Drak you can get a quest at the Argent Stand called - Pa'Troll. This quest sets you out to complete 4 tasks around Zul'Drak.

Each task awards about 2,100xp and 250 Argent Crusade rep. The easiest task is Lab Work. This task takes two minutes max which requires you to gather four materials from a lab. As you can see in the WowHead link you get 2,100xp, 250 AC rep and 6 gold.

After you complete the quest given by the alchemist you can drop Pa'Troll and pick it back up at the Stand. Once you do this the quest Lab Work becomes available again.

Overall you can do the run between the lab quest and the run between the Argent Stand and the lab in about 1.5 minutes with about 40 completes a hour.

The experience per hour is pretty poor because there is no mob killing involved. However at level 80, this is a great way to gain Argent Crusade rep and grind gold.

Just make sure you DON'T complete this quest or else you will only have the poor daily 'Troll Patrol' as a followup which has a harder task from the Alchemist and not to mention it rewards far less as well.

At the green area called Ruby Dragonshrine in Dragonblight (Northrend) there are several friendly dragonkins named Ruby Guardians fighting Frigid Ghouls around the area.

The thing is, those Ghouls have a quick 3-4 second respawn timer and rewards xp as a normal lvl 71 or 72 mob. They are easy and safe to grind if you're in the area.

All you need to do is to tag a ghoul near the guardian and damage them once or twice after. Then let the dragonkin take agro and kill it for you while at the end you will get to enjoy almost full xp.

This method is simple, safe, and rarely anyone around. More importantly, they also drop loot.
Usually the next mob spawns close to the place the last one was killed, so if in the event the Guardian is fighting too far away from you, all you have to do is kite the Ghoul over.

Basically in order to pull M'uru in safemode so to speak, what you need to do is to have the entire raid behind the flags outside M'uru's room, make sure everyone is fully buffed and ready to go, everyone mounted is highly recommended although not necessary.

Then get a warlock in the raid to cast Eye of Kilrogg and send it towards M'uru as shown below:

This will cause the M'uru fight to commence, but because there is nothing in the room for him to attack, he will despawn for about 1 min, giving your raid ample time to run inside the room. Be aware the door may close, even close on people that run into the room if they are fast but don't worry as this is normal and it open again around 5 secs or so.

With no M'uru there, you or your guild leader is able to position the raid in the best positions and get ready for M'uru to return to begin the fight proper.

Although it doesn't show in the video, you can however actually pull the troll boss that heals over to Zolo and go on forever or until the Pally's durability holds out. Take in mind that the rogue in the video is lvl 50 and is therefore receiving much less XP than say a lvl 40.

They did ended up averaging 140k xp per hour when they finished. However you can actually start doing this at lvl 35 and get even more XP.

Here is a breakdown of what you need to do:

Firstly, you would need a Paladin (or a Warrior that has multiple shields with shield spikes)

1] Clear to Zolo but DO NOT PULL HIM YET

2] GO find the other troll boss "Mijan"

3] Make sure you kill all the mobs between Mijan and Zolo

4] Pull Mijan to zolo and start the fun (the reason for Mijan is he seems to heal anything around him that gets below 40%. And if Zolo gets that low from Sanctuary or the shield spike he will get healed and you don't have to go out and rest.)

5] Have the paladin cast "Greater Blessing of Sanctuary" on himself

6] Now sit back and relax and enjoy the EASY levels.

When any particular server hit phase 2, there will be a mass of people running the flying bombing daily at Isle of Quel'Danas. The problem with this is that certain mobs requires a few bombs to die.

Anyways, here is a simple way to ensure a fast run:

1] Bind the bomb on your toolbar for example 1
2] Spam it.
3] Mouse-click the target

1 (Click)
1 (Click)
1 (Click)
1 (Click)
Click on Target

A video to show just how effective it is:

You should be able to take out the Pitlords extremely easy with this method and should help you clear it perhaps even in just one run.

Enjoy it while it lasts!

To start off, let me state that this requires some planning and the right combination of players to attempt this. That being said, it is still very much worth all the effort. Here's what you need to arrange:

- 15-25 well geared People in Raid
- Kalecgos must be already be dead
- Brutallus must be still alive
- Shattrath to Sunwell Isle portal to be Effective

Why Are We Killing Trash Mobs Again and Again?
When you ask this question you probably didn't saw the awesome trashmob drops in Sunwell Plateau. Awesome recipes, Epic Gems, Sunmotes, and some very very nice epic Items on a pretty good drop rate!

What Specific Trash Are We Targetting?
Well, the group of mobs we are aiming for is the 6-BloodElf-Group before Brutallus, right after Kalecgos platform. Every 2 hours there will be one big Sunwell Protector you need to get rid off, but that isn't the problem.

How To Kill This Group Over And Over Again?
Be sure to bring some mages along. A total of 4 would be the best strategy. Sheep 4 of the mobs, kill the first two ones. After this kill 3 Sheeps one at a time and then leave one sheep behind. Walk with the raid slightly back to Kalecgos platform. One mage uses invisibility to get out of combat and makes portal to Shattrath. Everyone goes through it. If everyone is out this trash pack resets which means new possible fresh loot all over again.

Now use the Shattrath portal to go back to Sunwell Isle and enter Sunwell Plateau again. Use the teleport to get up to Kalecgos platform, mark the group again, kill, leave one sheep behind and so on... for as long as you want. Just remember to never kill the entire pack!

We are doing this with my guild pretty often and we're so fast, we kill and re-enter the instance again in almost 4-5 minutes with a really good droprate on Epics and Patterns!

Found this awesome video whereby with a particular group setup, you can level an alt from 60-70 in just 16 hours or so which is a totally amazing timeframe. By manipulating the game mechanics, the alt character will be able to enjoy the bulk of exp gained from the killing of mobs at Slave Pens.

Since the launch of the 10man Zul'Aman instance, the Bear Mount have been a sought after land mount for everyone. Obtaining it is another story altogether as it requires clearing the first 4 bosses within 45mins which includes the trash as well. Even with a well geared group this is still a daunting task which is why the Bear Mount is still as elusive as ever.

Now there's a way to get it done the easier by exploiting the timer. Do note that you would still need a full raid group to do this as you will need to clear the bosses as normal. Do note that the chest event will NOT start without doing the Gong Event.

The first thing you would need to do is to wall-jump up to the ledge right up to the small gap of the ZA gate just in front of the gong. Then delete your hearthstone and activate autounstuck. This will port you just over the gate and into ZA. Another technique is to get a warlock and 2 others to do the wall-jump and summon the others up. Here's a video of the wall-jump and location:

After everyone is inside, clear the trash mobs to all 4 bosses without touching the bosses themselves of course. Clear the trash to Eagle boss last. Then everyone just strip naked and die once all the trash are cleared.

Once resurrected inside the instance, quickly buff up and start the Gong Event. Then proceed to kill all the 4 bosses which your group will have ample time to do them since there are no trash mobs to deal with. This does not mean however that you can take things slow and easy as your group would need to clear the trash pretty fast to avoid respawns. Also be wary of the pats as well cause they respawn pretty quickly especially the 2 as you come down the stairs from the entrance.

The Bear Mount is a guaranteed drop from the 4th chest. Importantly, take note that doing this might get you a warning or your account banned if you have been warned before.

A 5 badge of justice Heroic Mechanar run is still possible. Here's how it works:

You can in fact get 2 badges from the cache of the legion.

Firstly grab your team of 5 and go into Normal Mech. Clear the first mini boss on the right (should take all of 5 minutes) and grab the red half of the key.

Go into Heroic Mech, and go left, and clear the second mini boss. You will get the blue key off him. You can then join the red you have from normal, with the heroic blue to make the cache of the legion key.

Clear down to the cache and loot your badges, BUT LEAVE the blue item in there.
The blue item stops the cache from despawning.

Now head back to the start, and clear right. Once the miniboss is down he drops the red key (keep this in your backpack to repeat the trick on your next heroic mech run). Once that miniboss is down head back to the cache (you can do so before or after the first real boss), and you will find another badge has appeared.

Roll on the blue and head on up.

So the total badges are:
Mechano Lord x 1
Cache x 2
Fiery bitch x 1
Pantys x 1

In summary the badge in the cache is spawned on the death of a miniboss, so this trick basically allows you to loot a badge after a miniboss is dead, and then respawn it by killing the second. The blue item left in stops the cache from disappearing.

Whats more is you end up with the red half of the key leftover at the end, so you only have to get it from normal mech once. After that you always have the first half!

A very easy way to get to exalted with either Honor Hold or Thrallmar can be done via this method. Make sure you have a strong group who are aware of the objective before heading out as you will be sacrificing loots for rep.

Location: Hellfire Ramparts. Heroics or Normal.

Who: Vazruden and his mount, Nazan. The last boss of the instance.

Important object of interest:
Vazruden's War-Horn (pic on the right). The horn was added to the ledge of the last boss's spawning point, since there are many ways to kill him and some were causing him to despawn incorrectly.

The Exploit:
After you have killed Vazruden and his mount, you have several seconds (exact time unconfirmed) before the chest with the loot spawns, and you are unable to do this exploit.

After you have slain the two bosses, quickly run to the horn (you can't miss it) and click. Make sure your group is in on it!

This will respawn Vazruden as he was before you killed him- IE, with his mount. He will agro the same he did when you killed his Watchers.

The Result:
An almost limitless source of Reputation with Honor Hold or Thrallmar, with any good group.

Kindly note that once the chest is spawned, you will be unable to re-summon the boss.

* FIXED AS OF 2.2 PATCH

My friends and I were making about 7,000 rep an hour using this method.

When exalted you can go grab a bag of gem each month at the Nagrand outpost (31,52). Our first bag had 4 blue and 2 green gems.

Ideally, you need the following group setup:

1 tank with 200+ arcane resist
1 healer
2-3 dps (works better if melee or hunter)

Here's how to do it:

Go to Mana-Tombs heroic with your group.
You have to clear your way to the first room where the boss is standing.
Kill everything except for 2 of the Ethereal Sorcerer.

Now, when you enter that room, on your left there is a big chunk of floor that is going up, like a ramp. Get your tank to grab the 2 sorcerers and tank the behind that big ramp, so that their spells won't affect the rest of the party.
But the tank needs to be in LoS from the healer standing on the other side.
Once the tank has enough initial aggro, he has to un-equip his weapon and spam Demo shout.

What happens is that the sorcerers will summon 2 small adds about every 10-15 seconds. The healer will get aggro from theses adds and they will come toward him, thats where the dps takes them down, they have very little hp, something like 4k. Be careful as they AoE explode for quite a bit and the bad part.. they aoe silence.. Thats why dps has to intercept them before they get to the healer.

You can all exit the instance if the hp of the sorcerers gets too low in order to reset them to 100%

Each add gives 15 consortium rep. 4 of them spawn each 10-15 seconds which means it is very possible to obtain Exalted within a few hours if your group sticks together.

Enjoy!
