First you just need to stealth to "the ramp".
Watch out for the mob that runs around there, and then jump up on the ledge.
After that just jump down to the chest.
The mob can aggro you, but you will soon loose aggro because he can´t get to you. Just spam right-click on the chest till you leave combat.
