Near the Temple of Telhamat there are the raging colluses' to get easy exp from these guys all you have to do is kite one of them to the temple and they will be assaulted by the lvl 60 guards 1k exp or so per kill unrested.
Horde can do it too but they just have to kite them to the Cenarion guys instead.
