Weapon leveling is a daunting task especially for melee classes with the wide array of weapons available in the game. Hence the need to do so easily is preferred rather than heading back to low level areas and chasing after mobs after mobs. Here are 2 of my favorite locations in Outlands to do so.

Shadowmoon Valley
Approx. Cords: 70, 50

This is by far the best place for me and not only is it fast but safe as well. All you have to do is clear some of the warlocks surrounding Azaloth and just melee him while he is banished without agroing the remaining warlocks. Best position to do this is right behind him to avoid patrolling mobs. You would need a flying mount to get to this elevated location though.

Shadow Labyrinth Entrance at Auchindoun

As you enter Shadow Labyrinth or Slabs for short, you will notice mobs exiting from the portal and engaging battle with the npcs in the chamber. All you have to do is wait for them to be in combat and dps them to level your weapon skill. You would need a Shadow Labyrinth Key to enter though. This place is great do level up your weapon skill while waiting for your party to arrive for any of the Auchindoun instances.

Fantastic 67-69 Grinding Spot

Over at 52,21 in Shadowmoon there is a place called Oronok's farm. There are 5 boars next to Ornok which are lvl 55-56. When all 5 of them die, they spawn in a matter of just seconds. Because they all spawn in a matter of seconds there is nonstop fighting in obtaining exp. Rested would most likely get around 900-1k a kill at lvl 68. My fury warrior went from 68-69 in a matter of 6 hours. Kill 14 of them thats 14k roughly! Thats like one quest that takes only about 4 minutes to complete! Not only is it awesome exp, they are skinnable as well!

What makes this place so great? You can nearly kill almost nonstop! how? Well Oronok pops 3.5k heals on you every 40 secs or so as you are engaged in combat! Unlimited 3.5k heals and nonstop grinding how nice is that? Also you can sell a stack of boar tusks for 2.5g directly to Oronok himself and repair at the same time! If this is not amazing... I really do not know what is!

Grinding Locations and Gold per Hour

All the gold counts per hour just stands for the amount of actual gold you make while grinding and vendoring the trash items. It doesn't include any items sold to the auction house. Rare Mobs in Outlands

Normal Rare Monsters - can be done solo

Hellfire Peninsula
Mekthorg the Wild - Hellfire Peninsula
Location : Near Hellfire Citadel or Zeth'Gor.

Zangarmarsh
Coilfang Emissary - Zangarmarsh
Location : Around one of the four steam pumps. Can be a bit tricky because of the frostbolt/arcane explosion it does, but still easily soloable.

Bog Lurker - Zangarmarsh
Location : Umbrafen/Feralfen/Daggerfen Village.

Terokkar Forest
Okrek - Terokkar Forest
Location : Veil Reskk/Shienor/Skith/Shalas

Doomsayer Jurim - Terokkar Forest
Location : Roaming near Shattrath and Firewing Point. This one is a warlock, he uses incinerate/shadowbolt/fear. Just make sure you're full life/mana before engaging him. Be careful if he's near Shattrath, it seems he can be aggroed and killed by guards (bye bye loots !).

Crippler - Terokkar Forest
Location : Pretty much everywhere in Bone Wastes/Auchindoun. Harder to kill him as a melee class because of the high armor buff he get when he reaches 50% life.

Nagrand
Goretooth - Nagrand
Location : Most of the water places in Nagrand. He can be underwater so he's one of your best chance to get a rare monster if you're looking for them, but keep in mind that he's the only crocilisk of the whole region so he's still easily spotted.

Bro'Gaz the Clanless - Nagrand
Location : Roaming in Nagrand, see map.

Netherstorm
Ever-Core the Punisher - Netherstorm
Location : Circling around Manaforge B'naar/Ara/Ultris.

Chief Engineer Lorthander - Netherstorm
Location : Manaforge Ara / Ultris / Duro. Instead of Ever-Core, Lorthander can enter Manaforges and could be a little more harder to find, he look likes a blood elf with a staff (which isn't really easy to spot in these zones)

Shadowmoon Valley
Ambassador Jerrikar - Shadowmoon Valley
Location : Illidari Point/ Eclipse Point / Netherwing Ledge / Ruins of Baa'ri.

Elite Rare Monsters - require a group to kill

Hellfire Peninsula
Fulgorge - Hellfire Peninsula
Big earth worm with basically the same abilities as his friends, he will go underground and repop at a random location near you. He seems to be roaming randomly following three straight lines through Hellfire Peninsula.

Zangarmarsh
Marticar - Zangarmarsh
Marticar is a strider, he doesn't hit very hard but has a nasty ray that could damage you a bit. But as all the other rare elite, there's really nothing you can't handle. He seems to be roaming randomly following three straight lines through Zangarmarsh.

Blade's Edge Mountains
Hemathion - Blade's Edge Mountains
Big drake. You will only find him in the flying mount accessible zone, west of Blade's Edge Mountains. He's immune to fire but won't cause you much problems as long as you've got the classic Decent-Tank/Healer/DPS combo. He drops rare breastplates.

Morcrush - Blade's Edge Mountains
What a surprise, a stone giant that splits when you damage him. Like any other stone giant he will use a war stomp and split into an add every 25%. Possibly the most easily kittable rare elite. Only problem is, like Kraator, he can spawns everywhere in east Blade's Edge so it's hard to fast-scout him.

Netherstorm
Nuramoc - Netherstorm
Standard Chimaerok, he may (poison) spit on you if you're not nice with him.
He seems to be roaming randomly following three straight lines through Netherstorm

Shadowmoon Valley
Kraator - Shadowmoon Valley
Some kind of red inferno guy, he can summon adds and may conflagrate during the fight. Sounds like an impressive fight, but as other fights, it's nothing a group of lvl 70 can't handle easily.
Can spawns nearly everywhere in Shadowmoon, pain in the ass to look for him.

Collidus the Warp-Watcher - Shadowmoon Valley
Big eye. This one loves dealing elemental damage with a ray that may kill your tank if you don't have proper healing. Nevertheless, it should be easy as long as you've got a tank, a healer, and a dps class. Be careful if you're not using a warrior to tank, he can fear and he may rush healers / DPS classes while your tank is running around screaming like a girl. He seems to be roaming randomly following three straight lines through Shadowmoon Valley

Easy Weapon Leveling For All Levels

Okay, so today I was questing around in Area 52, and I stumbled upon a quest where you're gonna kill a Goblin named Dr. Boom he has a high amount of HP, so all u have to do is to stand where i do on this pic.

LOW LEVEL:

This one is pretty simple, just go find that guy called Gamon and attack him with the desired weapon equipped

HIGH LEVEL:

This one is a little more complicated but still pretty simple, find Cenarion Emissary Blackhoof in Org, go to your reputation page (tab off of character page), and click Cenarion Circle, then click At War, and you can attack him to build up weapon skill, you might want to run because he is level 55 so he could kill some lower level characters, like he almost did to me.

As a Warrior I find myself using different types of weapons constantly, and grinding up the skill is very annoying. I thought I would share my personal favorite spot for grinding this. Behind Northshire is a cave riddled with 1 hit kills that respawn usually in under a minute sometimes in a matter of seconds. Makes leveling your weapon skill much faster and easier.

This is for weapon skill:
Say you are a lvl 60 and are a Warlock. You want to start using staves instead of daggers. You only have 1 skill in staves and want it to be higher and don't want to die to an equal or lower level. Go to a newbie starting zone, start a fight with one of the mobs. Only use your weapon you are trying to raise! No spells or abilities!!! Bam you will raise it up maybe 5-10 points a battle, and once it gets higher, go battle the second town mobs and so on until it is high enough for you.

This is for Defense:
Go to the starting newbie area. Run by and start a fight with all mobs you can and stand there and let them beat you down for easy defense leveling. Even easier if you bring along a healing buddy if you're slightly in the lower levels.

Directions: Follow the road southwest out of Northshire Abbey (the humanstarting area) and look for a house off the road on your right. You'll knowit's the right house when you see a large number of cats running around inside and outside.

Kittens
Varieties: White
Location: Stormwind
Vendor: Lil Timmy
Cost: 60s
Directions: It is rumored that Lil Timmy is a rare spawn that walks around the canal in Stormwind who sells white kittens. They are half the size of the regular cats.

Rabbits
Varieties: Snowshoe
Location: Dun Morogh, Amberstill Ranch
Vendor: Yarlyn Amberstill
Cost: 20s
Directions: The Amberstill Ranch is northwest of the Gol'bolar Quarry. There will be a corral with rams in it, and a young girl running around chasing a rabbit. Catch the young girl and talk to her to purchase your own rabbit. This is also where you get the "Protecting the Herd" quest.

Directions: Enter Darnassus from the road from Dolanaar and look for the owl vendor on your left next to a food vendor.

How to Get a Cross-Faction Pet
Many vendored pets are available only in factioned cities or towns from factioned NPCs, leaving those not of that faction unable to purchase one by normal means. Since trades and mail are not allowed between members of the opposite faction, the only way to get yourself a cross-faction pet is through the Auction House in Gadgetzan.
